What We Offer

Functional Fitness

Classes are adaptable to all ages and abilities, goals, preferences, and limitations. Participants can go at their own pace. Our coaches are experienced and will guide participants through every aspect of the workout.

Classes are 40 minutes from start to finish, including a warmup, workout, and cool down.

MC Corporate Wellness is adaptable to the needs and preferences of the clients and participants. We welcome all feedback.

What We Offer

Flex and Flow

Flex and flow classes are made for gentle movement for the busy worker. They offer stretching and mobility to lower stress and reinvigorate participants. Classes will Wary in stiucture and movements, depending on the needs of the participants. This program is great for those who are new to exercising and looking for a lower intensity
